Question and clarification po. So mag papa-install po ako ng roof rack.
Sa LTO inspection naba agad ang una kong punta, or need ko muna sa LTO Branch to get some papers, docs, etc.
Need po bang LTO Main office or pwedeng LTO Satellite branch?
May time frame po bang kung ilang days pwede i-drive ung kotse from time of installation to time of registration?
