Garfish by Jose Gourmet

Absolute Top Bosh on these Garfish. Taste was sort of like the saltiness of an anchovy with the flaky and fuller texture of a deen. Definitely had better mouthfeel and meatiness of something like a Nuri or Angelo Parodi deen. Oil was good and so was the overall flavor - a perfect medium of fishiness. Only drawback was they were slightly dry but nothing to be upset about. Beautiful appearance too.
