Tip Menu on MFC

Apparently there’s a tip menu I don’t know about on MFC that I haven’t set up? I wrote a tip menu in the white board and created a tip menu on MFC Share, isn’t that all? Also my room is always empty and the people that do come to it always ask for free things.
