Doctors found pneumonia

So I tested positive on December 14th with mild symptoms. I tested negative shortly after on the 22nd and thought I fully recovered. However, I started to feel discomfort in my chest and decided to get it checked out. After going to the hospital the doctor said they found some pneumonia on my lungs from the virus. She said it wasn’t bad because I don’t have SOB or coughing and my age (26 male) but I’m freaking out just from hearing the word pneumonia. Anybody else go through this? And have any tips for me?
