Up 4 pounds over the weekend 😢

I know it’s not actually body fat but I am “up” 4 lbs from what I was Friday morning. I didn’t eat a lot but I did have multiple meals of calorie dense foods.

While I know it’s just water weight/ bloating and not actual fat gain, it is still discouraging and I know it will take a few days for my weight to go back down to normal/ continue going down again.

It’s been a while since I’ve had a weekend like this but it is very discouraging and I feel like I’m failing when I do this to myself. Anyone else? How do you deal when this happens to you?
