Online purchase to ship to FFL. Will they remove non-legal parts?

Hey all, I’m looking to purchase a rifle from an online retailer who ships to the lower 48 (kygunco) and wanted to have it shipped to an FFL dealer here. The gun is legal except for it’s magazine, which I’m assuming they remove before shipping.

Has anyone gone through the purchase process and had a gun shipped to a CA FFL dealer through them in a process similar? Or will the order just get cancelled?
