Does IIT Delhi have sectional Cut off?

What is IIT Delhi qualifying CAT cut off, and does it have any sectional cut off? I scored 91.36%ile, GNEF. Got, VARC- 85%ile, DILR- 97%ile, QUANTS- 60%ile Can I expect a call? Should I fill the form? Please do give me some advice!
