Cat hasn’t pooped after anal gland rupture

So I noticed my cat’s anal gland had ruptured on Thursday and took her to the vet, where she got it drained and they gave us antibiotics and a painkiller for her. It’s been days since (it’s now Tuesday) and all she has done is pee in the litter box. She barely wants to move from her spot in her bed but has been eating more regularly (she wouldn’t eat at all days before the rupture, and I don’t think she was pooping then either). So I think it might have been a week or more since she has pooped. What can I do? Is this normal during the healing process?
