2025 Burn Goals?
10 month Burn member here, down 50 lbs since February. I already know I'm going to continue my membership once it's time for renewal. I ended the year with 161 camps.
For 2025, my goal is to attend a minimum of 3x/week - I love cardio, but as a 44F nearing peri-menopause, I know how important it is to strength train. Thinking I will go to all strength classes and a Saturday conditioning camp at least.
I also want to hit 200 camps in 2025.
And follow at least 1 of the focus group recommendations. I typically just go for the inbody!
Anyone else?
