Do you think Chuuya is a twink?

This is actually a serious question since ive seen so many people say Chuuya is a twink.Me personally I dont think he is but some people classify him as a "mean twink". Its starting to annoy me because even if they dont completely mischaracterise him they say because hes short and angry hes a twink.

I feel like half the fandom is brainrotted and too young especially on tiktok so im asking the reddit community for your takes.
