Why is Tops still in business?

My family always shopped at Tops growing up, granted I'm sure the prices were a lot lower back then and I can still appreciate the bonus points/gas rewards but is anyone else waiting for Tops to announce a closure of all of their stores due to bankruptcy or something? Prices are astronomical (sometimes a significant amount more than even Wegmans), produce always sucks, stores aside from the Hamburg and OP locations are outdated and never clean, I could go on and on.
