Cop plowed through the intersection of Elm Clinton last night.

As far as I can tell, cop was heading north on Elm, struck a car through the intersection and then went through the bollards and fence and into the parking lot of the Planing Mill.

The woman in the car he hit was extracted out but bystanders reported only minor injuries.

Yikes.
