Your honest thoughts on Klipsch, from a (budget) Audiophile perspective
Hi guys. I was thinking of upgrading my home theater setup to a budget audiophile standard. At first I was looking at their Reference Premiere series, then I saw someone on marketplace selling the RF7 series, then I ended up on Reddit and that's when the doubts set in. You see, I'm looking for something that will work as a home theater but also for music listening and I've seen many people talk about Klipsch like it's the training wheels of audiophilia, just mass produced stuff that lacks definition; my heart sank not gonna lie. I don't want to make a 5,000$+ mistake
I can't say I've experienced the Klipsch RP or the RF7s firsthand, that's not why I started looking for Klipsch stuff; I just like the brand I think. I have had ton of Klipsch earbuds over the years and always really loved them. I thought of Klipsch highly and I love the looks of their speakers; that copper woofer looks dope to me.
Anyway, I've started looking at other brands and watching more reviews and I don't know what to think anymore.
Your opinions are welcome here. Let me know why--or why not-- I should go with my first idea of getting a Klipsch setup
