If an indian student desires to attend a prestigious college outside india(mit, stanford, caltech yale etc) for stem subjects, what is the criteria for application and most importantly can a student with not many extracurriculars also get into these colleges on basis of marks of respective tests like act, sat also is it actually worth studying outside india ignoring the money factor.
