Is there something like a fermentation/proofing "oven"?

As probably many of us, my bread making suffers from a suboptimal room-temperature of usually just around 20°C as opposed to the optimal 27-32°C for yeast fermentation.

Of course, I could try to partially pre-heat my oven to 50°C (lowest setting) and turn it of once it reaches 32°C and turn it back on again once it's down to 27°C and so on, but that's just not right for many reasons.

So it made me wonder, is there something like a small confined space, that can be heated up consistently to optimal fermentation temperatures (and potentially even fixed humidity)?

If so what is it called and where can I buy it?
