Dudes wth can they fix this game?

I was drafting in a ranked match and then suddently boom background image popped out with random brawlers sounds and i cant do nothing, neither finish the draft nor change anything dudes wtf can they fix this fucking game? CAN WE HAVE A DAMNED BUGFIX UPDATE? I think we all done with this shit
