Is the season pass 2 any good?

Im not sure if I want to season pass specially for the negative reviews on steam. is it worth the 30euro?

Edit: Bought the pandoras box collection where I got the tales from borderlands games and some dlcs and the season pass 2 in big bundle. for the same price.
