RM Williams Sizing

Thinking about getting a pair of comfort craftsman boots but I'm in the US so I basically can't return them since it would cost about half the price of the shoes to ship them back. I wear a UK 7 in dress shoes with thin socks (all my dress shoes are from England) but they're always fairly tight since my left foot could easily wear a 7.5 but my right foot is smaller. I have a narrow heel but the front part of my foot is fairly wide and rectangular. My foot is basically shaped like a brick, but since I have a narrow heel I usually can't do wide sizing (E I think) Do craftsman run narrow or true to size in length and width?
