service prices

i am having recurring issues with my engine cooling system and have had various parts of it repaired or replaced. once again i am having issues and took my car to the dealership for service. this is the price they’re quoting me. should i go elsewhere or will price be comparable? 2017 430 i gran coupe . thanks for your help!
