Is there a good old smartphone that would be "safer" or "better" to use as a cold wallet?

I want to create a cold wallet for me... Some people said to use an old phone... but other people said that it still has wifi and bluetooth and could be hacked even when they say they are disabled... what now?? Is there an specific phone or model that has a good durability and its safer than the other ones?
