Can I take acid on lithium and abilify?

I was told if I took it I could have a seizure or end up with serotonin syndrome, I wanna be really safe but I also wanna know 100% if it’s safe or not

I’m not planning on doing it, I just wanna make sure so I can rather throw the acid out or give it to someone.
