Clarification on lava zones

We’re trying to buy a house after renting here for awhile. I have done research on the different lava zone numbers and how that impacts insurance. I was wondering though if anyone has a good map with labels of neighborhoods. I googled a map without labels and thought I had a good idea of different neighborhoods but I’m hearing differing information about different neighborhoods from my realtor compared to the map I consulted, but couldn’t find what I was looking for exactly.
