Seeking Advice: Any Recommendations for a Good Doctor for L5-S1 and L4-L5 Disc Issues?

Hi everyone,

I’ve been dealing with L5-S1 disc desiccation and an L4-L5 mild disc bulge since November 2024. Unfortunately, I feel like my condition has worsened recently, and I suspect my L4-L5 disc might be more affected now.

This has been heavily affecting my daily life, making it difficult to manage even routine activities. If you’ve dealt with a similar condition or have successfully recovered, I’d love to hear your experience and advice.

Does anyone know a good doctor (orthopedist, neurosurgeon, or spine specialist) who I could consult for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan? I’d really appreciate recommendations or tips from those who’ve gone through something similar.
