Need help with an application building for playstore.

So I come from non IT background But, I have few really good application ideas that definitely help a lot of people and requires a lot of time to build it on my own, I have knowledge of Characters and Animations But No knowledge in Any Coding Language.
Even though I have friends in IT companies, they don't have knowledge and lazy.
How Do i start, Need a roadmap!!!
