Ben basically admitting that he would cheat on Julie for a random girl from the episode 'Duped' wins as the worst moment from Ben 10 Ultimate Alien
While the entire episode sucks and is an embarrassment of an episode for what is supposed to be the 100th episode of the entire franchise,and the entire episode was the second most upvoted too,so you can count it if you want to
