Which one of Ben's enemies could you see becoming "the hero of heroes" in a universe where Ben wasn't a hero?

If Doctor Animo found a way of doing his whole animal mutation gimmick without (technically) committing animal abuse, I think that he'll make a good enough super hero.

Maybe he could get a willing alien pet like what Khyber had.
