I'm enamored by the Beastars soundtrack.

The soundtrack has been fascinating me and I'm finding that I like the work of Satoru Kosaki. As I listened to the OST, the OST for Apothacary Diaries came up as well. I like his ability to make so many variations on a theme. There are clear elements in his work that seem inspired by Impressionist composers like Erik Satie (See Gymnopedie and Wolf and Rabit). The use of Jazz, Parisian Waltz, and Flamenco styles of music add a ton of atmosphere.

The flamenco music that plays during Legoshi's invasion of the Shishi-gumi is a fitting theme for a dance of violence.
