Legoshi's genes

I just watched season 3 and found out that Legoshi is part Komodo Dragon. That's fucking awsome. Apart from being immune to his grandpa's venom, does that mean he gains any special abilities apart from being really tall? Mr. Bojack said his punch was pretty weak so I'm curious. If it spoils an important plot point then please flag it.
