Experience bidding on an underpriced home?

Hey there — I'm Kate Talerico, a housing reporter with the San Jose Mercury News and East Bay Times. I've been wanting to write an article about the fact that so many real estate agents in the Bay Area underprice homes to instigate bidding wars.
