2024 Bay Area Home Price Forecast

Do you all buy this forecast from Zillow that prices in the SF metro area will drop 5% next year (the biggest drop among the top 100 markets)? I think the Bay Area will continue to trail the rest of the country for price appreciation but a 5% drop seems unlikely going into a falling interest rate environment. A 1-3% increase seems more likely with the “donut effect” still a factor as hybrid work sticks around.
