How rare is this Barbie box?

The stickers and inside cardboard were completely ruined with water and bic pencil, so I'm thinking of making it into a box to carry my dice or drawing stuff around.

Sadly I don't have the materials to properly restore the original color, and painting it would be the only way to properly do something about it. But before I probably ruin it, I want to know if is not a great loss I suppose lmao
