How is Bambulab's customer support?

I'm sure you get post like this all the time so feel free to ignore

I just sent back a sovol printer I've had for a couple of months(Wouldn't recommend. Learned a lot but not thanks to the printer) after a bad experience with trying to get a replacement part (Gotta love taking like two weeks to send one)

I was able to at least fix this problem because I got the printer through amazon, and was looking into getting the A1 Combo as my next printer, but being unable to get it on amazon is something that kinda scares me, because I depend on their customer support... So is it good at least? As in, let's say something goes *horrifically* wrong and the extruder bends in such a way that it's now unusable; how easily would I be able to get that fixed through them?
