At a loss for the cause

A1 with Bambu filament, 0.2mm nozzle. Print temp 220 bed 65.

As the title says, I'm at a loss as to what is causing this issue.

I am having terrible first layers but only with a 0.2mm nozzle. I thought it was a partial clog that I couldn't clear and so this is with a brand new nozzle. Randomly one print failed and since then it has been doing this.

I have attempted the following: clean the bed, flip the bed, clean the nozzle, replace the nozzle, change filament, do a calibration, check firmware is up to date, open a ticket (waiting).

Prints with a 0.4mm nozzle are flawless, and yes I changed the nozzle in settings.

So please...what could cause this and how can I fix it?
