Thoughts on this M340?

This would be my first BMW. This one has most options. Although the dealer advertises adaptive suspension, the vin reader I used didn't show it. I would be trading in my 2022 Mustang GT. The m340 is at 46000 miles 2021. What are the odds everything holds up for a while if I have a history of the car being serviced on time? Thanks
