Travel Cloud Bag

I know they’ve discontinued them on the baggu site, but have my eye on it on another site for an extra bag to bring along and use for what I inevitably purchase during my Europe trip.

My question is, does it actually fold down into the pouch? Im only bringing a carry on so that’s a must for me.
