Where to get paper coupons

Not sure if this is on topic for this group, but im banned from the couponing group, so hope you guys don’t mind I ask here.

To those that buy/get paper coupons, how or where do you get them? I have been looking for the cheapest/ best value options but im not sure. Any options I will look into. Thanks.
