Signs that your ADHD child is also autistic

I don’t have a diagnosis myself but I’m fairly certain I have autism and ADHD. (I have spent all my money getting my kids diagnosed and treated) I have know about the autism for longer than ADHD. My 6 year has an autism diagnosis and my 10 year old has an ADHD diagnosis. He started taking concerta 17 mg on NoV 7 and I’m considering increasing his dosage to 34 mg tomororw because the doctor said if he gets overly emotional to give him two pills. He was an emotional wreck today and I’m starting to think I’m dealing with more than ADHD. I think he has been masking his whole life and his social skills are breaking down as he is heading into puberty.
