Lipsticks that stay put

I barely wore any makeup for years, so I’m out of touch with brands etc, but now I have a new job that requires me to leave the house and look presentable at work events. My old lipsticks all seem to come off easily. I prefer subtle / more natural tones, so not the bright shades. My lips are perpetually dry too so I need something a bit moisturising. Any recommendations for brands? Thank you
