Best banks?

I'm looking for recommendations for banks in the Austin area. I moved to Austin from Wisconsin five years ago, and I still haven't found a bank that I feel comfortable with. I'm hoping to avoid institutions with hidden fees or unexpected charges. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
