Received intent to sell today - what are my rights? [NSW]
I know there's nothing we can do about the selling part, but I know that they have to pay us (my housemate and I) $30 or half a day's rent for each inspection/open house. Other than that, what else should we keep in mind? We are already applying for new places - as much as we adore this place and as much as there's a chance we'll get to stay as tenants of the new landlords, we don't want to risk it, so would there be any issue with us breaking the lease if we find a place before our current lease expires? Can we ask for compensation for moving fees? I'm genuinely curious, I've never gone through this before and I'm learning. TIA
