What's going on?
Okay so I manually take my HRV reading in the morning right after I wake up using the mindfulness breathing app because my automatic HRV readings were horrible. Always below 40 usually. When I do it manually my range has changed from 60-150. My diet is good, sleep decently, and workout 3-4 times a week on my bike. The one thing I don’t get is even If I take multiple rest days my battery readings still say depleted. It reads that I'm constantly dead. Also impossible that I’m sick for 60 days? lol..
Don’t tell me turn on Afib it just gave me more shitty HRV readings. I also dont have Afib either.
If you guys wanna see more data I’ll happily share please just ask! Not sure what to do anymor or maybe this App just gives me anxiety? Idk..
