Medusa is really, really hard

I am playing on easy and am level 50 the same level as the quest recommendation, I can't for the life of me even make a dent in her health. I feel like I have decent gear, idk what I am doing wrong, is there a weakness or strategy I am missing?? Can I get a shield and reflect her dumb Lazer beams back at her lmao I am also kinda having a hard time finding quests at this point to level up more, any advice is appreciated
