Tabby cat keeps throwing up

Hi, I hope this doesn’t break any sub rules about diagnosing, just looking if there’s a simple potential fix I could try.

We suspect she keeps throwing up because she swallows her biscuits whole without chewing. Though she has also thrown up wet cat food when we hadn’t given her any biscuits. Recently she was cat-sitted for 10 days and threw up 4 times, which is a lot more than usual. Did she miss us…? Maybe too hopeful.

Anyway, hope someone here can help
