Prospective PhD scholar in London Business School here; can I survive on a £ 32k stipend (tax free)?

If yes, how? I am not British, I am Indian, so I'd love a detailed account of how to do so (especially since London is one of the most expensive cities to live in the world).

I feel like it's a great opportunity because most people start at £135k+ after the completion of the PhD in my field (and so I am willing to slum it out if things come to it).
