What British companies seem to have absolutely terrible IT/computer systems?

Inspired by that post about British Airways as a lot of comments on that highlight how bad their IT is and how it seems to be from the 90s.

I heard Morrisons is the worst of the supermarkets for their IT and that Safeway had possibly the most advanced IT of UK supermarkets when they were bought and that this was all ripped out in favour of the crap Morrisons operates
