Sausalito vs Tiburon vs Pacifica

Currently looking at places in these 3 locations. I like the idea of Pacifica, but heard it's really foggy most of the time? I'm a single 33M and work from home. Might go into SF every once in a while.

Lived in Newport Beach and it would get pretty foggy as well (2-3 mo out of the year), so kind of used to it. Any other drawbacks to Pacifica or is it a nice place to live?

I like Tiburon, but doesn't seem like much is going on there. Greats views though.

Sausalito right now is looking pretty good. I like the downtown and visited a couple of times. Usually just grabbed food and drinks on the water.

I was a surfer in a past life (don't really go anymore), so Pacifica has an appeal there. I also like the idea of hearing the waves -- it's peaceful. Since the prices are lower, there would prob be more people around my age. What else is there to do there?

Considering mainly between Pacifica and Sausalito.

Can you guys help with the positives and negatives between them?
