Did Valerate price go up in the US?

I'm used to paying like $100 a vial before deductible at the start of the year, but for my first 3 month supply I was just told $500 after two insurances and coupons.

What is going on!?

I'm waiting for my wife's HSA money because it will go towards deductible but holy shit! What options do I have beside DIY?
