Why are there so few Indians in Japan?

There are many Indians living abroad, such as in North America, the UK, Australia, Europe, Gulf countries, and even Africa. However, why are there so few Indians in Japan? Nepal has a much smaller population than India, yet the number of Nepalese in Japan far exceeds the number of Indians.
