Slight shiver in the front of my left thigh

(Male 23 year old and 195 cm I weigh roughly 94Kgs) As the title says I have this slight like shiver that is happening in the front of my left thigh it doesn't hurt or anything nor it feels numb it's just that its there and it's really annoying I haven't exercisd for a while and I didn't do any physical effort lately except walk for some time 4 days ago Should i be worried and if so should i visit the doctor it's been happening every 5-10 mins for the past like 7 hours
