How severe are these burn wounds? (TW: self harm)
I am an 18 year old male. I am 6'1" and approximately 165lb. I take antidepressants (citalopram), antipsychotics (aripirazole)… mood stabilizers(lithium) and benzodiazepines(clonazepam). I do not smoke. I have bipolar disorder and anxiety and struggle with self harm, but this was my first time burning myself this severely. Basically I just took a lighter and held the flame against my arm until I couldn't feel it anymore. When I held the flame there longer some bubbling/crackling occured on my skin. I cannot feel the darker/burnt areas at all, but the area around it is somewhat sensitive. The next day some bubbles of fluid appeared around the dark, burned flesh as well as a red outline around the dark areas. I have done nothing to treat it, nor have I covered it with a bandage or cleaned it or run it under cold water.
This is right after I did it. As you can see there are some shallow cuts from a dull knife as well.

All in all, I'm just wondering how severe these are. Do I need to go to my doctor? Do I need to go to the hospital? Do I need surgery? Either way, thank you for your help.
